Product characteristics

  1. Scouring agent have a good dispersion, washing, penetration, emulsification and other powerful decontamination performance, the whiteness, wool effect, strength, cotton seed hull removal and other indicators of the treated fabric have reached a good level.
  2. Scouring agent suitable for scouring and bleaching of loose fiber, yarn, knitted fabric, woven fabric, etc in textile.
  3. Scouring agent have a good performance in removing slurry oil and preventing recontamination.
  4. Low-foaming scouring agent, will not produce foam during scouring and drainage, causing inconvenience in textile industry.

Operation process

  • Pure cotton scouring and bleaching: 1.5~2.5% Add sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide (30%) and related agents
  • Polyester cotton scouring and bleaching: 1~2% Add sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide (30%) and related additives

Note

If the package is opened, please use it up as soon as possible. If it is not used up, it needs to be sealed for next use. Do not mix with other products to prevent reaction.

Packaging and storage

  1. Non-dangerous goods, 125kg plastic drum with built-in plastic bag packaging
  2. Sealed and stored in a ventilated and cool place, avoid high temperature and sun exposure, storage period is one year
