Product Features

1. Moisture management ts-jp gives fabric a soft, fluffy, dry hand.
2. The particle size of the product is small and can be evenly distributed on the surface of the fabric.
3. Good compatibility of moisture management ts-jp, can be compounded with various silicone oil products, good effect and stability.

Instructions

• Padding process:
  Padding (TS-JP: 20-50g/L, rolling rate 80%-90%) Drying (80℃-110℃) High temperature tentering (180℃-190℃×30s, or 150℃×2-3min)
• Impregnation process:
  Impregnation (TS-JP: 2-5% (o.w.f), liquor ratio 1:10, 130℃×30-60min) Drying
  Note: It can be added when disperse dyes are dyed. TS-JP has no adverse effect on the dyeing effect.

Packing & Storage

• Store in a cool and ventilated place, prevent sun, rain and moisture absorption, the shelf life is one year.
• Packed in plastic drums, net weight 125kg/drum.
• Transport as non-dangerous goods.
