Stability: Maintains stable sedimentation effects even at low water temperatures.
Environmental Adaptability: Operates within a wide PH range (5-9) with minimal impact on the PH and alkalinity of the treated water.
Equipment Friendly: Non-corrosive to industrial equipment.
Chemical Structure: Contains high-charge polymeric ring chain bodies with Keggin structures, providing superior charge neutralization and bridging effects
Product Description
Polyaluminum chloride (PAC), also known as polyaluminum, is a water-soluble inorganic polymer with a molecular formula [Al2(OH)nCl6-n]m, where m indicates the degree of polymerization and n represents the neutralization level of the product. The n value ranges from 1 to 5, forming highly charged polymer chains with Keggin structures. PAC exhibits strong electro-neutralization and bridging effects on colloids and particulates in water, effectively removing toxic substances and heavy metal ions. With stable properties, it is widely used as a novel water purification material and coagulant in industrial wastewater and municipal sewage treatment.
Dissolution Usage Methods
Dilution Ratio: Dissolve the solid product in water at a 1:3 ratio, then dilute with 10-30 times clear water to the required concentration.
Operating Parameters:
Preparation Concentration: Generally prepared as a 5% - 10% solution.
Mixing/Agitation: Rapid mixing for 10 - 30 seconds after dosing, typically not exceeding 2 minutes.
Sedimentation: Standing time is usually 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Coagulation Aid: To accelerate sedimentation, it can be used in combination with Polyacrylamide (PAM).
Precautions, Packaging & Storage
Operation Notes:
Dissolving tanks or basins must have anti-corrosion measures.
Use room-temperature tap water for dissolution; the use of sewage is strictly prohibited.
Avoid mixing products from different manufacturers or models.
Packaging: 25kg bags with an inner plastic film and outer plastic woven bag.
Storage: Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool indoor area; shelf life is 12 months.
Prohibitions: Strictly forbidden to store with flammable, corrosive, or toxic substances.
