Hydrophilic Softener for textiles TS 868

  1.Appearance:Milky white viscous liquid

  4.Ingredients: Silicone polymers of polyethers and specific macromolecules

Characteristics:

 1.Softness: after hydrophilic softener TS868 the fabric is soft、smooth and comfortable. Silky feel to thin fabrics and a fluffy feel to thick fabrics;
 2.Water-based: fabric has excellent water-based, good air permeability and excellent wearability, which can eliminate the shortcomings of synthetic fibers such as dry body, stuffiness and non-drying and sweat absorption after textile finishing agent.
 3.Antistatic property: Finished fabric has good anti-static properties, small electrostatic effect, not easy to absorb dust, has certain anti-pollution properties, and is easy to wash when uesd for fabric finishing chemical.
 4.Shrinkage resistance: Finished fabric has good dimensional stability, especially used for shrink-proof finishing of wool fabrics in textile.
 5.Elasticity:fabric has excellent elasticity when hydrophilic softener TS868 used for.

Application scope:

It is suitable for cotton, linen, wool, polyester, polyester, acrylic and its blended knitted fabrics and organic fabrics.

Specification:

1.Padding process: Dosage: 10～30 g/L(the specific dosage depends on the fabric);
2.Padding Rate:70±5% drying to finalization;
3.Temperature: 150～160℃;
4.Time 0.5～3min;

Packaging and storage:

1. Non-dangerous goods.
2. 125kg/plastic bucket with built-in bag.
3. Sealed & stored in cool、dry and ventilated place.
4. Avoid high temperature and insolation,
5. Storage period： half year.
6.Once package opened, please use it up ASAP. or sealed for next use. Do not mix with other products to prevent reaction.
