Synthesis of silicone softener with diamine-terminated polyetheramine.

Manufacturing process:

H.(CH3)2SiO-[Si(CH3)20)73 -Si(CH3)2H and allyl glycidyl ether, under the catalysis of H2PtCI04 isopropanol solution for the addition of silicon and chlorine to obtain epoxy silicone oil A (molecular weight for):

  1. Take 173.7g (about 30 mmol) of substance A.
  2. 4.17g (about 4mol) of substance B H2N[CH(CH3)CH20)3(CH2CH20)19CH3 (molecular weight).
  3. Take 30ml of 2-propanol, then heat to 80℃, and stir for 6 hours.
  4. Add 8.51g (4 mmol) of ED2003,H2NCH(CH3)3CH2[0CH2CH(CH3))a(OCH2CH2)38.7[0CH2CH(CH3)]bNH2 (where a+b=6, molecular weight: 2000).
  5. 3.79g (22mmol of N,N,N’,N’·tetramethyl-1. 6-hexamethylene diamine, the structural formula is10817163654Molecular weight m=172.31, boiling point 209~210℃.
  6. l.68g (28mmol) glacial acetic acid.
  7. 5.6g (28mm) dodecanoic acid (lauric acid), molecular formula CI2H2402.
  8. 6ml 2-propanol.
  9. 24ml deionized water.
  10. The mixture was heated to 80℃, and it became clear to light yellow in 8 hours.
